OUR PROCESS
DESIGN RECOMMENDATION
PLANNING session
Our initial enquiry form, followed by a get - to - know - you chat over zoom to learn all about your dream floral wishlist for the big day.
initial meeting
We’ll provide you with a quote including our design recommendations - outlining options that best suit your budget, priorities and venue.
12 - 8 weeks prior to the day we’ll meet over Zoom to run through all the details, review any changes to logistics and finalise your design plan.
your wedding
We will be there to make sure there is no stress and you can enjoy the day! Our team has all the details covered and will be on-site managing the setup.

when can i book with you?
We open our diaries 1 year in advance.
Most of our couples book in between 12 - 8 months before their wedding day.
However, the minimum notice we would need is 1 month, as long as we have your date available
where do you cover?
We are based in Northamptonshire.
However, we coordinate flowers for couples all across the UK, including but not excluded to;
London, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Warwickshire.
Do you have a minimum spend?
We have a £1000 minimum although most of our couples spend £2000 - £6000 on flowers.
DO YOU offer styling options?
We offer a wide range of hire items including vases, arch supports, cylinder vases, candle holders and centrepiece stands. Book a consultation to discuss our full style guide!
DO i need to know exacly what i want before i inquire?
Not at all! We do suggest though that you do a little research of the types of designs you like – even if this means just putting together a pinterest board of your dream florals - but even one or two inspiration photos can point us in the right direction.
DO YOU have an exclusivity clause?
Yes, we do. This means that it is understood that Amore Fiore will act as the sole and exclusive florist for your event. More details can be found in our contract.
Can i give you a list of specific flowers i want?
Unfortunately, we don't guarantee specific flowers.
We are at the mercy of varying weather conditions that can have a significant impact on the availability of flowers. Of course, you can always tell us which flowers you love and we will do all we can to include them, if they are available.
will you deliver my flowes on the day?
Absolutely, we’ll deliver all your flowers personally. We’ll coordinate the time and location with you during the planning process..
